Please read the FAQ below before you contact us. Most questions can be answered or solved without having to wait for us to respond.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE domestic US shipping on all orders.
We offer FREE international shipping on orders above $69.
You may be suspect of additional shipping charges depending on your country. Please add the items you want to your cart, and your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Where is my package?
We’re a small brand doing it ourselves, and it’s not always easy. We expect all orders to ship within 48 hours from our NY warehouse. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Thanks again for having patience with us during these times and supporting our brand.
Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an email with your order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. If you can’t find it, make sure you put in the right email, and don’t forget to check your spam folder.
If you still can’t find it, please email us at crew@louiselite.com with your order #. Please allow our small team 2-4 days to respond.
Customs charges and fees:
Any customs fees associated with your order are entirely out of our control. We advise you to please check your country’s regulations to see if there will be additional charges. If you have any other questions, please email us at crew@louiselite.com and we will get back to you asap.
Did you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout?
If you were too fast with your fingers or simply made a mistake, please email us at crew@louiselite.com with your order number in the subject line. We cannot make changes and cancellations after your order has been placed. But we will do the best we can to help you out and answer any questions you have.
Tracking number says my package was delivered?
For whatever strange reason, “delivered” is occasionally shown on your tracking info 1-2 days before it’s actually dropped off. In most cases, your package arrives the following day.
If two full days have passed and you never received your package, please file a “lost” package claim with USPS or UPS:

Unfortunately, once the package has left our warehouse, there is nothing we can do, as it’s no longer in our control. We have the same tracking information as you do.
Please note that we also cannot take any responsibility for packages sent to the wrong address if that is the address you provided at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items that have a tracking number showing it has been delivered.
Any missing and/or lost item must be reported to our team at crew@louiselite.com. We cannot offer a refund on your missing/lost package until at least 21 days after shipment since it might just be taking longer in the mail or be held up at customs.
My item(s) arrived broken or faulty:
In the rare case that you receive a broken or faulty item, please follow the steps laid out below as if you would’ve returned an item for a refund.
Please include adequate pictures in your email to show the flaw or what is broken. We cover the return shipping costs if your item(s) arrive broken or faulty.
I want a refund / return an item I’ve purchased:
We want to make sure you love your necklace, so we offer a 30-day money back guarantee starting from the day you receive your item. Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping costs or any import fees that might apply if coming from outside the US.
We recommend returning your necklace with tracked shipping, as we will only refund necklaces that successfully make it back to our warehouse. To initiate a refund/return, please email crew@louiselite.com with your name, order #, and reason for return.
After you’ve contacted us and we’ve confirmed your return, please mail the package back to our 3rd party warehouse at the address below and email us again with the tracking number:

We will issue your refund once our warehouse has received your return, inspected it to ensure the necklace is undamaged and still contains all components, including the drawstring bag. It often takes 5-10 days for the money to show up in your account after we have offered the refund.
Items that do not meet these requirements, or are sent back after 30 days, will be sent back to your address on file without a refund.
Wrong item delivered or missing item(s):
If we sent you the wrong order or forgot to put items in your order, please email us at crew@louiselite.com with your order number and pictures of the packing slip and item. We will send the correct order out to you after confirming.
