Considered one of the world's finest woods, this necklace style features a genuine African Blackwood inlay. It was a no-brainer to collaborate with Original Grain to showcase this stunning wood and design, with each piece being 100% unique.
Original Grain has been a leader in the watch space since 2013 with their acute attention to detail on their wood and steel watches. They work solely with reclaimed and repurposed wood materials, so the African Blackwood inlay used for these necklaces is no different and was sourced right out of their woodshop.
As agreed upon with Original Grain, we will be planting 1 tree for each necklace sold in collaboration with our partners at Trees for the Future.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped out of our NY warehouse within 48 hours of purchase, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your package is shipped.
Please note that we are unable to make changes and cancellations after your order has been placed. Please contact team@louiselite.com if you have any questions.
REFUND POLICY
We want to make sure you love your necklace, so we offer a 30-day money back guarantee starting from the day you receive your necklace. Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping costs, or any import fees that might apply if coming from outside of the US. We recommend returning your necklace with tracked shipping as we will only refund necklaces that successfully make it back to our warehouse.
To initiate a refund/return, please email team@louiselite.com with your name, order #, and reason of return. After sending that email, please mail the package back to our 3rd party warehouse at the address below and email us again with the tracking number:

We will issue your refund once our warehouse has received your return, inspected to make sure the necklace is undamaged, and still contains all components including the drawstring bag. It often takes 5-10 days for the money to show up in your account after we have offered the refund.
Items that do not meet these requirements, or are sent back after 30 days, will be sent back to your address on file without a refund.
If returning a faulty or broken item, please follow the above steps but also send adequate pictures in your email to show the flaw or what is broken. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
LOST ORDERS
When you place your order, please ensure your shipping address is correct. Louis Elite does not take any responsibility for packages that have been sent to the wrong address if that is what you provide.
Any missing and/or lost item must be reported to our team at team@louiselite.com. We cannot offer a refund on your missing/lost package until at least 21 days after shipment, since it might just be taking longer in the mail or be held up at customs.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that have a tracking number showing it has been delivered. Because of this, only mail your necklace to a secure address.
